All park homes are very well insulated, keeping heating expense to a minimum during winter and ensuring comfortable conditions in summer.

For additional peace of mind, every home has the benefit of a 10 year structural guarantee under the Gold Shield warranty scheme. As a home owner you will also be protected by the 1983 Mobile Home Act and issued with a Written Agreement, assuring you of security of tenure.
